Requesting IMP Camp Profile Submissions in preparation for IMP Camp. Please

submit your IMP practice profile in PDF file format. These individual files

will then be compiled into one file and can be downloaded by camp attendees.

Please submit information about yourself, your practice, your practice

philosophy, special interests, etc., along with photos if possible.

Please submit as a PDF file labeled with your last name first to my email

. Sharon McCoy , M.D. is overseeing the gathering and

compiling of information about the IMPs.
