Is anyone familiar with cyclic tpn? How to ramp up/ramp down?

I am returning to acute care and I am not familiar with cyclic tpn procedures.

In the facility I

used to work in, we always stayed with 24 hour while inpatient then they went

home with

home health care on cyclic.
