Guest guest
Hi you two. Since you suggested that you're open to sharing your ideas, I'm going to jump right in and ask some questions. I hope you meant what you said, 'cause I really need help, and I am motivated to use your advice -- promise. Simple question first: How do you store your shoes? I have mine (well, some) stored in the boxes they came in, but that's cumbersome. Do plain plastic boxes that you can get at Target work, or do shoes need to be able to breathe? More complex: What's a good system for storing things in a closet, in a bedroom converted to an office? I have sliding doors and a large closet space, but (you guessed it) I need to unarchive and excavate things, so I will know what I have and how I can use it. You said you love Rubbermaid. I'm wondering how that will work for me. How do you get to the containers at the bottom, if you stack 'em in the closet? I want to be able to store things (office supplies, mainly) in my office closet, but I'm afraid I'll just end up stacking piles of Rubbermaid containers -- full of quasi-sorted junk -- if I go that route. I made good progress today: three large containers of trash and stuff for charity left my office. That's something I am feeling good about this evening. But the sad thing is, there's so much more to go. Melody > > Just ask away - I am always glad to share what works for me.
