I have been aware that a lot of patients are not too happy when they don't get assistance right away in making their appointment when they call at 4 pm and may not pursue it further ( have had lots of cuss words on my voicemail).Many do use web_appointments calendar. But there are still the few, who I would like to get in to the office when they call the first time. So I have the phone tree/onebox/ with 2 options- ***press 1 to reach the appointment service(forwards only from 9-5- and this company has a user account on my appointment website) - which is transferred promptly to this answering service $60/month. ( If they make even 1 appointment that I would otherwise not have not had- it pays for itself***2 to leave a message for meI had some others ask for a lot more, but its been 3 weeks , and so far have had them make a few appointments and have had no complaints from them.
