Guest guest
Hello everyone. I've been diagnosed with chronic myofascial pain. I have constant pain, muscle tightness and knots in my upper back, shoulders, neck, head, and get pretty bad headaches. Sometimes I also have pain in my arms, lower back, and legs. This has been going on for a few years, but about 6 months ago my pain became a daily occurrence and now nothing I do or take seems to make it go away. I take Tylenol 4 and tramadol every day and it just takes the edge off my pain. I started seeing a doc who specializes in CMP and have had two rounds of trigger point injections, which were very painful and didn't do anything for the pain. This doc isn't very accessible and doesn't seem to want to do much to help me manage my pain, so I'm trying to find a pain clinic/doc near me (Trenton, NJ). I faxed my records to a clinic on Friday and am waiting to see if they'll accept me as a patient. There's another clinic I want to look into, but am not sure whether I should contact them or wait to hear from the clinic I sent my records to. Thanks for reading this!
