I took Ursofalk for 6 years prior to my tx. I can't say that it helped

or hindered my health. No side effects were a problem for me. The

itching was not a big problem for most of that period. When my liver

deteriorated significantly and itching became worse, I needed to take

Questran as well.

I had episodes of probably sludge blocks in my bile ducts that cleared.

I never ever developed ascending cholangitis that required antibiotics

or hospitalisation. Perhaps that was due to the Ursofalk.
