Guest guest
I have been reading the book " Understanding The Borderline Mother " and I realised my sister Janet and I were the " all good children " Jan is 19 years older than me and the first born, Lynn is 4 years younger than her and was the " all bad child " . These 2 kids were to nada's 1st marriage and alot older than me and . My nada repeated the same scenario with me and , but reversed. is 7 years older than me and the " all bad child " and I was the change of life baby and " all good " . I read the part in the book about " all good children " and realised that Jan and me have those traits. and Lynn, the " all bad children " are both BPDs. The " all bad " ones are the ones with much greater risk of having the disorder themselves. I am beggining to see how they can be created. My nada was the only child. she had an older sister who died before she was born. My nada was the " all bad child " . Her mother never got too close to her for fear of her dying, like the first child. My nada a a small birth defect when she was born and they thought she would never live-at those times. She was denied the proper love and attention and was often paraded in front of other to show the defect. She felt defective and unlovable. she was often held to impossible standards and critized. I am begging to think because of her temperment, thus she was created and not born.
