Hi Sis,

Yes, I'm still taking NCD . . . I can't tell that I'm

herxing from it anymore . . . but if it will help me

detox and keep me that way, it's worth it!

When I'm feeling pretty good, it's hard to tell what's

working! . . . But I prefer to feel good that to cut

back and feel bad again!

I really was scared when the Arimidex was making me

feel so bad! . . . However, adding magnesium has

turned that completely around.

Hugs,

Rogene

Hi Patty,

I herxed to the NCD, I don't think Rogene did. I developed upper

respiratory tract infection symptoms each of the two times I attempted to

take it. The woman I bought it from called them a healing crisis. I

decided to wait until the summer, when I'm generally my healthiest to try it

again. This time I will start at 1 drop, 3 times per day, rather than the

full dose. If you do decide to take it, just start out slow.

Hi Kathy,

I feel much better since being back from the cruise, our house really aired

out while we were gone. I stopped the liver detox yesterday for the time

being but will restart it just before moving back into the house following

the floors being resealed and the painting being completed. I stopped

herxing to the supplements 10 days after I began them and I was on them 3

months. At Dr. Leu's recommendation, just prior to loving back in, I am

going to run the heat for 2 or 3 days at a high temperature to cure the

paint. Hopefully that will help a lot. Because we were living in the house

while the previous work was being done, I couldn't kick up the heat.

Hi Kathy,

Just thought I would tell you that I never herxed at all from taking NCD. I take 10 drops, 3 times a day in a half a litre of water and have been taking it for about 4 weeks now. In fact, the only thing I think I was herxing from was high doses of Glutamin powder, I was getting a pressure feeling in my breast bone, I reduced the amount alittle and now I have upped the dose and I am fine.

Since taking the Glutamin powder with alphoic acid and L-Cystine, my arthritis pains have diminished incredibly. I did get some pain under my arms but these have also gone and sometimes I actually liked it when I got them as I felt I was doing some good if you know what I mean. I am also sleeping better and no longer feel like I have been run over by a steam roller when i wake up. I can even get out of bed without trying to get my feet to work without pain. They used to be so stiff!! I feel like I am preparing my body for my explant in the hope that it will be stronger so I will recover more quickly.

Hi Rogene

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. I wish magnesium was my

answer. After doing epsom salt baths for several weeks I started

having an increase in pain that would not go away. Also taking

magnesium does the same thing. I actually get a really noticable

increase in muscle spasms when I do detox of any kind. I thought

you didnt herx to the NCD. What kind of herx symptoms did you

have. I have considered trying it but am waiting due to the way I

have reacted to everything else. Thanks

,

I'm thrilled to hear you're doing so well! . . . Maybe

you've discovered something that will help a lot of

women! . . .

I've got to try these products . . .

Let's pray you'll bounce back really fast with all the

work you're doing in advance! I think you've got the

right idea!

Thanks so much!

Rogene
