KACC or Medical Management

I have a situation that I do not have a solution and need your help: We had a patient that underwent kidney transplant evaluation and subsequently we had to order a right heart cath. As a result of the cath the patient had complications that required admission of a special procedure. Our hospital performed the procedure (Angiogram & Intervention). Would this admission & procedure be billed under KACC or the recipient’s insurance for medical management?
