Guest guest
Carol, Who me, not do much? Ha ha! I wish that I was confident that I'll lose the rest of this weight. Nick says that I don't need to lose any more but I feel as though I really have to, do you understand? Also, if I don't, doesn't that make me a failure that I can't reach my goal? AND I've been on and off this plateau thing for 6 months now, I've only lost 30 lbs in the last 6 months.gone are the days of dropping it off like water. And don't get me started on my eating habits.its not that I'm eating more mind you, just eating different (and drinking too much Starbucks and coffee!) HELP!!!!!
