It is bulk micronized chlorella in powder not from Japon . And I take it orally too. My idea is to get the most out of the detox effect. There is no alcool just chlorella.

You might want to take your chlorella orally before you do the CE. I think that you can tend to become more sensitive to the liquid chlorella done this way as the drops may have alcohol in them. If you have adrenal issues (which most of us do) you might want to lay off the coffee in the enemas. I learned that the hard way.It's very taxing in the long run (took me 3 months to realize I was wiping my adrenals with the coffee)Salt water enemas or soap sud enemas seem to be the gentlest bowel clearing enemas I've found.>> hello Everyone ,> Did someone herx with cholrella in coffee aenema please? I've got more energy and stamina than I've had in years. Killing pathogens and then detoxing them has brought me to 90% 'normal', and the energy REALLY came when I added CEs to my detox regime. I do take 4 IsoCort a day, but when I skip I don't notice a drop in energy. I also take Seriphos, which is supposed to be good adrenal support. I no longer have the intense wake-ups in the night, either. Still have loo-calls, but immediately get back to sleep after.

Name me some symptoms, and I'll honestly check.

i noticed that my herxes were shorter when i started doing colonics at home (maybe more like high enemas with the old pink hot water bottle-this is new to me) then after that doing a coffee enema.  has anyone tried using powdered, strained milk thistle with or without the coffee to help detox the liver at the same time?

Hi Barbara,I use liquid Glutathione in mine, I have done Milk Thistle before but switched to the liquid Glutathione. Be careful with not doing too many Colema board colonics at home as you can wipe out the good gut bacteria. I would recommend that you do a probiotic implant afterward. Even large volume enemas can wipe out the good flora. I open a probiotic capsule into the coffee occasionally even though I use a very low volume 8 oz bulb.
