personal trainer recertification

Hi. I became certified through a local personal trainer organization

and after the 2 year period the organization refuses to accept my ce

credits that are accepted by Physical therapists, pharmacists, rd's,

dentists, etc. Did any of you have any of the similar experiences?

If I had known I would have never done it?

I am interested to know what certifications they will accept. I just read an

article on Fitness Trends, 2007, and one of the trends is that health clubs,

etc., will require certification for their fitness leaders.
