Hi Susie

I don't have my glasses on so if there are any glaring mistakes just know it

isn't a brain fog:)

I would imagine that is very possible,Jim would have a better idea. The sicker

I got the more allegeric I seemed to get but as I have gotten control of the

diabetes I seem to have less reaction to other things,I just wish we could

find a key to turn all of this off for Jim, I suppose it is all in the genes

and possibly in alterations to the genes

I have wondered whether the initiator of all of Jim's serious health

problems could be exposure to toxins in his work dismantling weapons as a

Navy SEAL.

Returning to good health has felt in my own life like the tugboats turning a

ship around ... (OK OK ... don't associate the image of that *ship* too

strongly with me ... hahahahaha) There was never ONE DAY where I went,

" Eureka! " and anyone cued up the " miracle music " or anything. It's just

that, now when I look back, I'm healthy, whereas five years ago I was pretty

sick - and depressed.

Jim has a tremendous winning attitude - a wonderful asset. I too keep hoping

that someone will hit upon the one " fuse " , so to speak, that ignited the

other problems, and dismantle that. I lost his original post, where he

recounted his health history. In Cushing's caused by a tumor, the tumor can

often be removed. But I suspect that both Jim's Cushing's and his diabetes

are outcomes of steroids, etc., he has been given to treat other health

problems.

And Jim? Thanks for continuing to keeps us updated. We are all so concerned,

and hoping that your next visit with the expert uncovers something.

Actually it was an exposure to radiation during a mission.
