Anyone watch The Swan?

Evening girlie girls (and Alfie!)

Ok, I confess...that's my guilty pleasure. I've never really been one

to watch reality shows much less beauty pageants...but something about

that show struck a nerve deep inside of me. I think it's the fact

that I am finally, FINALLY really transforming myself and am more

comfortable with this than ever before. I've been watching faithfully

and my money was on this beautiful woman named De.

De is in the Army Reserves as an officer, and her husband had

their divorce papers served while she was in The Swan. She was rather

" manly " --in the sense that, as she admitted, she had let herself

become more military and less feminine. Her transformation inside and

out was incredible. Something tells me her ex is gonna be PISSED!!

Tonight's show was the pageant and she was clearly the frontrunner

from the time she first stepped out. But when she came out in her

swim suit--WOW! All I could say was I wanna look like that! LOL.

I've got a few years on her but it did remind me to keep my eyes on

the prize. So tomorrow's workouts at work and at the gym are gonna be

that tougher!

Now fess up girls...would you become a " Swan " (once you were at goal

or close to goal)? I know I would--there's no doubt in my mind that I

would do it!
