I was selling just hand made scrapbook page sets but now sell some retail as well. I also sell clothes that I outgrow (or undergrow I guess) if they are in new to nearly new condition. I used to sell books, CDs, DVDs, & Computer Games through Ebay but now I do that through Half.com I had heard a couple of years ago about buying whole lots of say items returned to Walmart or QVC type places and sellling them on Ebay but haven't tried that. I have a special needs child so that kind of limits me to working outside the home since dh is in the Military and leaves a lot.
