Guest guest
Patient has a large group employer health plan. The ESRD Medicare became primary at the end of the COB and ESRD Medicare ended three years after his kidney transplant in 2006. At one time he had also had disability Medicare and as such Medicare A has hung around (unbeknownst to the patient) as part of the Ticket to Work program in Social Security. Would Medicare A be secondary or continue to be primary once the ESRD entitlement ended? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ms. Daryl Battin, MSW/LICSW Financial Coordinator/Social Worker Department of Transplantation Lahey Clinic, 41 Mall Road, Burlington MA 01805 Ph: Page: FAX: Q Please consider the environment before printing this email See our web page at http://www.lahey.org for a full directory of Lahey sites, staff, services and career opportunities.
