Red clay, etc. can change your ph level

along w/diet. calcium oxalates form in kiwi fruit, tea leaves, agaves,

spinach, rhubarb, eggplant, certain peppers, even beer has it in it, it's

left over in the containers after brewing.

An elimination diet might be helpful

to find the cause.

Also, have you tried d-mannose? it stops

bacterial growth in the bladder. whenever I have a bladder infection

or uti's, I take it (it's all natural) in several days the burning, etc.

is gone.

I'll look into it.

Seems most of the net say to avoid nightshades, and to alkalinize your

body. Advise adding doses of baking soda throughout the day.

Just seems like one more issue....... :(

I can't take it any more!

My bladder burns constantly, and I feel like I have 'to go' all the time.

This is not a UTI. It has been going on for over a year and getting worse.

A short search revealed that most doc's don't think their is such thing

(LOL - here we go again), and some think it is due to autoimmune and others

think it's fungal.

I've decided I will start a food elimination diet (yuck) next week. I do

think some foods play into it because I fasted about 20 hours and it helped.

Many 'natural' sites state to get your body alkaline - well that's easy

(haha)

Just wondering if any of you deal with this and if you've been able to

help it?

Best,
