Guest guest
Ron- You always have such encouraging, uplifting words! Thanks! I'm envious of your kids -- my dad is gone and I'd give anything to have someone so thoughtful as a father... I am going for weekend shopping with the girls, so I am trying to care for myself. I'm feeling guilty about going away... hope Aubrie eats while I'm gone... but I know it's silly so I just push those thoughts away when they come. I also spend time with friends as much as possible -- for my benefit as well as the kids' socialization. DJ golfs and plays darts. We have been taking advantage of our nursing service so we can go on dates a couple times a month. When that ends and we have to pay a teen sitter (and worry more about the kids) I don't know if we'll go as often. Anyway-- thanks again for the thoughful comments. My mother-in-law is your way again this week. She is seeing a man from Wales and they are touring England and Paris. It sounds wonderful!! BTW- our spring has been cold and rainy for the past several days so we're all gloomy and tired in Pittsfield :-( Michele
