Hi Mechele ,

If you have enough of the zoloft toss the rest and make some more the next day. 2 oz is not much, i know you have trouble with the lump in your throat but just gulp it over in one or 2 swigs hold your nose if you have to.You can do it.

<<Thanks so much for the panic attack info the other day....I just

wasn't sure if I was able to take them (the things for anxiety)

while still on a little Zoloft. My Husband went to the health food

store yesterday and got me the Aconitum Napellus 30 and also the

Chamomilla 30 and I think he said the lady at the store was going to

order the passionflower herbal for me...not sure if I can take all

in the same day but I guess he was just trying to find me something

that would help. I took the Actonitum and put the 4 pellets in

water and am sipping on it all day it seems to be helping.>>

** They can all be taken as needed. They are for different symptoms.

Don't overdue the Passionflower (stay on a moderate dose).

<<Ok, I hope my questions aren't silly on this one but....does it

matter what type of liquid I use to dissolve it in? I normally only

drink water at room temperature because anything cold seems to upset

my stomach. But if it is going to taste really bad I could use

something else if you might have any suggestions.>>

**Use whatever it takes to dissolve it. Some things won't dissolve in

water but dissolve just fine in soda. Soda can be at room temp.

<< If I use room

temperature water do I need to refrigerate it in between taking it

those 3 days? I am assuming if I use juice or something other then

water I would need to? I just wasn't sure what it would do to the

Zoloft if I refrigerate it or not.>>

** You can refrigerate it or not. Don't use OJ. It can interfere in

the metabolism of the Zoloft.

<<And should I take that dose (2ozs) for 3 days and then stop

completely? Or keep taking it like that for a while?>>

** Stay on that dosing schedule until you feel stable. Then, reduce it

by about 10% (use the liquid to help you get the right amount). Stay on

that dose until stable again. continue slowly reducing and waiting for

stability.

<<Or do I take

a new little piece of Zoloft each day and dissolve it in liquid and

take 2 ozs. and pitch the rest each day instead of saving it for the

next few days?....sorry for all those questions :-)>>

** You could do that, too. It's up to you.

I'm glad you asked.

Regards,

Thanks for all the info !

I really appreciate it again :-)

I just sent my Hubby to the store for soda (for the zoloft if the

water doesn't work) and will try that tonight!

Thanks again!
