I love it! <BG>

That is enough to make *my* heart melt, let alone Daddy's.

You are one heck of a lucky guy, Ron.

I would high five Sam, but you live too far to reach.

So here's a virtual high five for you. <slap!>

Thanks...

And as in God's world, who in my opinion, has one real weird sense of

humor...Sam is up, coughing his little lungs out. I think the cold he's been

trying to get is starting in on him good. Just had to give him some cough

syrup...looks like a long night...Terry needs a break..

Ron...who is grateful for this board on long nights so keep em' coming ladies

Twik o Tweet

Last year:

Me: " Sam, you wanna go trick or treating for Halloween? "

Sam: " No, no, no, no, no, no.....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

This year:

I meet Sam and Terry at the shrink for his scheduled appointment.

Sam gets out of the mini-van...(Yep, we have one too, but I still have my

macho Ford F-250 ar...ar...ar...)

Sam has a plastic pumpkin the school furnished, (that was impressive right

there), full of candy.

Sam looks at me and holds up his pumpkin and says, " Twik o Tweet daddy, " with

a big ol' smile on him face, shuffling his feet with his head tiltled looking

real happy and real shy.

In short, it made daddy's day.

Already he is getting ready for X-Mas. Last year, we couldn't say Santa

Claus, Christmas, Christmas Tree or party without a meltdown. This year he

has a list in his head that he and we have to recite that he wants Santa to

bring him.

One small step at a time, my boy Sam is coming around.

Ron...who is one proud daddy

Funny thing is, that doesnt care about Santa Claus too much, he

knows who really buys the presents. I guess thats the interesting

thing about his being autistic, he'd have to see Santa Claus pull out

a credit or debit card to believe he actually buys the stuff. He

thinks that Santa Claus is for sitting on and hugging. He really

loves decorating and looking at x-mas trees though.
