Guest guest
Congratulations ! You accomplished a huge goal. You worked long and hard for this accomplishment and I hope you enjoy the excitement of your accomplishment for time to come. I wish I could see your routine. It sounded really fantastic when you described each move. Where did your ideas come from? And you are already moving on to the next brass ring! You go girl! BTW, your pictures are incredible. You'll have to share a few of your menus that helped you get that body fat down so low! Kelley New Half Marathoner

Guest guest
- Congrats to both you and your spouse! You both look AWESOME!!! Seriously motivating photo. Way to go! -Lianne > Ok, folks...........I have only had time to scan and post 1 picture on Z's pix on the BFL site. It is one of me and Spouse together. I got first in my class (was a very small class....only me, but still........) and Spouse got 2nd in his class. His was 8, he was just hoping to be in the top 5. when he got 2nd he about keeled over, he sure didn't think he was good enough to place that high. I got to go out for overall winner in the Master's group (ages 40=44 and 45-49, and 50=59). I knew I wouldn't beat the gal that won the 40's class, as she was 12 years younger than me and has been doing this for 20 years. I've been at it hard for 6 months, so it was pretty much a given who would get that. Still, I was leaner than her, tho. Oh, well, I will work harder and there's always the next show. Will try to scan a couple more of the photos and post them. Lianne, I'm still thinking on your request. I know there are a couple shows in the spring, I'll find out more and let you know. One in Madison and one in Rockford, for sure. > > Z. WI > >
