Dear Debbie, Sandy and Kathy

Thanks for your responses and ideas. You are all right - I should follow up, I guess I'm just tired of making appointments (sound familiar?) I have an appt with my rhuemy in about 1 1/2 weeks so I'll make a list of stuff I've been whining about and see what she says. I think I'll try to get into my PCP, too, but since it doesn't feel like an emergency, I'll probably have to wait a few weeks for that, too. Just part of what we deal with I guess - sometimes more gracefully than others:)

On the bright side...my daughter's boyfriend treated her to a weekend away and a full day at a spa in Vancouver. When they got back and everyone was off to home and bed, she shared a special gift with me. It's a hand made silver pendant where the artist hand stamps special sayings on it - the one she got for "us" says - Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly". It's just so special for her to have gotten sometime like that for us to share - I was just in awe of this delightful young woman who is my daughter!

Immetrex is for migranes you say....well your friend should be consulting her

doctor or going to the hospitals for help.

To buy, sell, trade etc...is trafficking.....plus requesting this could

compromise someone else's meds should someone consider this.

I just could not believe you put this in writing. Selling prescribed drugs is

against the law no matter what country you are in.

I'm curious and wondering if it is Grape Seed Extract or Grapefruit

Seed Extract that is the GSE referred to on this list? Also, can

someone tell me what it is used for? Is it in capsule or liquid form?

I am obviously a novice and don't always know what the abbreviations

mean. Thanks!

The bottle of Nutribiotic grapefruit seed extract has a large GSE on

the bottle. It works very well for yeast issues.

There is also grape seed extract, which is an antioxidant.

>>Is it in capsule or liquid form?

GSE comes as tablets or liquid. The tablets are not nearly as

effective. However, the liquid tastes VERY strong.

It's grapefruitseed extract, comes in liquid drops and is used to treat

yeast overgrowth.

Good morning to all, today is the day, March 2, 2006 that I get explalnted, and I am so ready. I have been sick since they were put in these saline implants on April 19, 2005. I just pray and pray that this will be the start of my journey back up the hill. I am so very glad that I found this site. I will continue to pray for all of us that are going through this terrible ordeal. I also will pray that these manufactures of these time bombs be exposed for what they are. For all of us could not be making these symptoms up. As soon as I am able to contact you all about my explants, I will let you know how it went. Much love, Rommie wrote: There are 25 messages in this issue.Topics in this

Rommie, best of luck to you. I'll be thinking of you. Your story

is so similar to my own, I got mine May 10, 2005. Actually the

original date that was being targeted was April 19, but I was iffy

and didn't commit to that date. I got sick quickly afterwards,

too. I'm four months post explant right now. I'm glad they're out,

still on the journey to wellness, but no regrest about having them

removed (only regrets about having them put in).

Hmmm... so, how do you define 'a lot of carbs' Alobar?

Is there a consensus among the experts as to how many carbs - good carbs

- should be the goal? I guess that could depend on whether someone is

interested in weight loss, or just maintenance, so how about a 2 part

answer?

I'm trying to stay low card, but they add up quickly with a little fresh

juice...

Being diabetic, I use as few carbs as possible. No fruit, no grain,

no bread, no sweets. Most folks don't neeed to go that low.

In the Low Carb Book, Life without Bread the recommended amount of carbs per day

is 72. Youll have to read it to know how they figured out this number its very

involved. But that is a pretty low number considering the average American Diet

is around 360 grams a day. A medium sized apple is 20 grams. Juice would make it

easy to go way over the top.
