Hi n!

Welcome back.

Um, your description of the outcome sounds awful. It sounds to be

particularly painful. They say that the worst pains are in the smallest

parts of your body, and I would assume your ear would be one of them. (You

know... like a major toothache in one itty bitty tooth could kill a grown

man?)

Gosh, I hope it gets better for you soon. You get some rest and take

advantage of that sick leave. How did Timmy handle all the changes, your

absence, your current state, etc?

I am glad you're back. You were missed.

I am back......

Hello everyone,

finally I am back from the hospital. I got out on

monday afternoon. My operation was moved up from the

24. to the 25. They still could not wait to send me

home, why???? Dont know. Well, my ear looks sickening.

Got a picture. Anybody cares? Is is still pretty

bloody, stuffed out with tampon, which get pulled on

Nov. 15 finally. The inside of my ear was a mess, lots

of stuff missing due to this strange cancer thing

which disappeared but left wholes everywhere. They

remodeled as good as possible, stole all kinds of

stuff from other parts of my ear. Got stitches all

over. It hurts, bleeds sometimes, itches and

everything else. I am on sick leave until at least

9.November. So, now you know the most important for

now. One thing, speak up for the next few weeks. At

the moment my hearing is even worse, o.k.? Dont want

to keep on having to ask twice. Thanks up front.

Missed you guys.

MARION!

SO GLAD YOU ARE BACK! IS THIS LOUD ENOUGH FOR YOU?

:) Just kidding. Sorry that you are having so much pain and ickies from the

surgery. We were all concerned for you, so we are glad to hear from you.

I have an off-topic question for you. Do you think German kids have bigger

heads (when they are born) then American kids? This is something I heard

from another German. My kids are German descent and they both had huge

heads when they were born. Just curious as to what you think.
