Guest guest
LOL...you ate all of that?! LOL...my tummy hurts even contemplating that. Glad that the scale's moving again, you joining us on the protein train? > Well, I felt like I ate like a piglet yesterday. The daily tally is as follows: I had protein shake for breakfast around 10 am. Lunch I had turkey, mashed potatoes with butter on them (no gravy it makes me hurl), cranberry sauce, stuffing, a piece of pumpkin pie (crustless with Splenda from another WLS patient's recipe), a bowl of fruit cocktail, a slice of pumpkin roll (cream cheese was low fat kind) some low fat Pringles chips, more stuffing, turkey potatoes with fresh parsley and dill on them, container of yogurt, cranberry juice (with Splenda in it) and at least one whole egg cut into halves- deviled eggs. Meanwhile- Santa was kind. Perhaps the scale trolls were all off playing with their new toys? I dropped on the scale. I was holding between 320 and 330 for two months. This am I was 316 on the scale! I have felt the bloat in my hands, legs and feet for weeks. My mom's stuffing (celery & spices), high potassium from potatoes and the parsley and dill along with cranberry anything must have pushed some of that bloat out. Good riddance! : ) > -- > > Lap RNY 4/07/04 > Dr. Petrick-Danville, Pa. > SW 445/ DOS 412/ CW 316/ GW
Guest guest
LOL I figured it was all day. Is it that time? I know whenever I'm ready to start my period I graze more than I normally would consider. Wanna hear something funny? My stepmother, GOD love her, gives me 12 brownies to take home. I just looked at her and said um... Shirl...I don't eat these. Why are you giving them to me? She was like oh everyone got some. So I said well don't be mad but they're going to work Monday so my coworkers can eat them. Remember I don't do sweet stuff? LOL...it was funny because she had JUST complimented me on my fabulous look last weekend, and here she is trying to stuff me with crap!!!!! LOL....... > Alisa > > That is what I ate from morning to evening... lol, not just one meal. > It was lunch, several snacks through the afternoon, and then dinner, > then something before bed. In the past that could have been all one > dinner! Yesterday I was like a nibbling machine! > > Today it is far less. 3 spoonfuls into lunch I got clogged up and spent the whole afternoon throwing up till it all passed out. UGH, then I felt awful- had mashed potatoes to settle the queasy tummy and hardly anything since. Except some little baby cheese bites by Laughing Cow. > I only tried them because I had a coupon for them. > > - who is about to start pumping in some flavored bottled water! > And maybe a protein shake first? > >
