Diet for woman with recent colostomy and multiple sclerosis

Colleagues, I've had the following request from a friend. I'm not at all

familiar with diet for a colostomy, let alone for someone with Multiple

Sclerosis, and would appreciate any comments from those with experience.

This woman sounds rather thin, don't know if there have been recent

weight changes. Thanks, ne

Any tips on foods to eat and foods NOT to eat with someone who just got

a colostomy yesterday... Sharon's 51 and has MS.

Stoma was placed in decending colon. She's 5'6 " and weighs 122 lbs.
