> message: Modern management of HIV infection now requires substantial

> expertise in dealing with nutritional issues and access to this expertise,

> which can only be provide by registered dietitians.

> In passing the reauthorization bill, Congress agreed and included Medical

> Nutrition Therapy as one of the Core Medical Service. At least 75% of the

> funds spent on the treatment of patients in the program must be used for
