Yes Amy Yasko recommends Methylcobalmin, in order to assist in the Methylation

process. Have you tried googling compounding pharmacies. I know of one in

Santa , California that compounded my cholestyramine without any fillers or

artificial sweeteners. My pharmacy hear in Alaska does have Methylcobalmin as I

fill B vitamin, B12 and Folic Acid scrips there all of the time. I would

imagine you could find a pharmacy in the lower 48 that would be a lot cheaper,

but I will give you the name and phone number of my pharmacy here in Alaska that
