My rheumatologist just gave me a prescription for an aspirin derivative after I told him I had stomach problems for 14 months. Doesn't aspirin cause ulcers????? I'm taking it, but sparingly, and watching for ANY stomach pain. Unfortunatley with ulcers, you don't always know until it's too late. Doctors just slay me. I see the shrink in the morning. That should be interesting, but I do feel like he listens and is willing to try anything I suggest. He's one of the better ones I have right now.
