Guest guest
, Is it reflux? If so, the lower esophageal sphincter is not closing properly because fats/oils cause it to be sluggish. However, eating the fish itself won't be a problem because there is a lot of protein and minimal fat. Does that help? Jacquelyn A. Guest guest
Tried nordic naturals, I thought maybe its the amount of fish oil in the supplement that was causing the gi upset because the nordic natruals evening of primrose with omega 3 in it was okay, however, I thought there might not be enough for benefits in that one.
