I do not have a deadline for submission, since we are putting together a rough draft first and then will send an inquiry letter to different publishers. I have the 2007 Writer's Market, which lists who to send inquiry letters to, so as soon as we have a rough draft together, I will draft a letter and send it to the loop for approval.
