Guest guest
Did anyone else have this with withdrawal. Did it reduce over time. I NEVER had this feeling before taking paxil/prozac HAHAHAHAHA! I was a raving, raging lunatic. Just ask my husband. I was verbally abusive, even slapped him alongside the head once because he pissed me off. I really wanted to kill him, and even tried that on occasion, but he wrestled me to the ground and took the knife away. I threw things, broke things, screamed for no reason, cursed a blue streak, hated everyone and everything. My temper was uncontrollable and explosive at the drop of a hat. And yes, it does get better. But for most of the first two years I was a psychic landmine. So hang in there. I NEVER had this feeling before taking paxil/prozac. 5 weeks off now. I'm really trying to hang in. It would be really good to hear if anyone else had this symptom. Take a look in the files. What helps a lot is Bach Essence Cherry Plum. 4 drops either as needed or if this feeling is constant do it 4 times a day. Guest guest
So what did you do about it for 2 yrs? I don't have a husband that I can throw things at, lol. I can't remember -- I think hubby would disappear for long periods. During this time I was also writing a book -- and the first draft was 900 pages, and in my worst moments, I would throw the whole manuscript at him and all 900 pages would go flying through the room. Must have done that at least 5 - 6 times. Eventually the worst subsided, but it was a real nightmare. We laugh about it now, but truly, I could've committed murder or suicide in one of those fits. I feel like I could kill someone! The least little thing sets me off! Stumping my to cussing away#@% & *#* for about 10 minutes until I'm tired or the pain is going away. My dogs get in my way-look out!! I blew up at work about 2 weeks ago and almost got fired! I'm withdrawaling from 4 yrs of Celexa. I was a nice, calm, compassionate person when I was on Celexa. I was put on Zoloft for 3 weeks and stopped it. Zoloft may or may not have made me worse, but I felt like killing anybody that looked at me funny. I had the anger feelings before I was put on Celexa but wasn't in a raging mood all the time. Friends are telling me it's my hormones! I'm going to try to go buy some cherry plum to see if it works. I hate feeling this way-uuggghhhhh! So what did you do about it for 2 yrs? I don't have a husband that I can throw things at, lol.
