Guest guest
I know that HC should be taken with food. My husband has never been much of a breakfast eater, so I need to know if there are any foods that should NOT be eaten with HC? He loves cheese so I was thinking that a bit of cheese in the morning with his HC might sound appealing. Guest guest
I take my Isocort on a mostly empty stomach. Does he not eat a breakfast at all? Or a late one? That is so NOT good for your adrenals, not eating breakfast. Maybe save him a slice of pizza for breakfast? =D But, I will say that after about 30-45 minutes, sometimes I do get a stomach roll (not sure if its the iodine or the Isocort), but then I just grab literaly a handful of cereal (whatever we have in the house), and that settles it right down. Guest guest
I do not know of any food restrictions wit HC, but it is important to take it with food to ease stomach upset, even a glass of milk will help. -- Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations The BEST thyroid website! http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I can tell you this is correct. Mine didn't happen right away, but about a month late I had badddd heart burn. I started taking it with food and the problem was resolved. Guest guest
Thanks everyone. I have informed DH that once the HC gets here he will just need to eat a small bite of something with it. I appreciate everyone's input!! best,AdriaGreen Mountain Curlies, Inc.~~~http://greenmountaincurlies.official.ws/GMC Blog~~~http://greenmountaincurlies.blogspot.com If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
