Patient was admitted for kidney transplant and received services of Chest X-ray,

EKG and blood tests as part of prepping for surgery. Transplant surgeon

observed kidney when delivered and it had a hole in artery so surgery was

cancelled. Does the recipients charges get billed to the organ acquisition fund

or patient's private insurance.
