SAMBA Medicare supplemental insurance?

Have any of you worked with this insurance as Medicare

supplemental plan? It is a not-for-profit federal employee benefit association

which includes life insurance, health insurance, disability, dental, etc.

Seems my patient has this as a Medicare supplemental plan –

trying to confirm how immunos covered and claims processed.

Any help most welcome!
