Hi Sherry,I generally back off the Rifing around the full moon if a flare is noticed and then proceed carefully in the week after, as the number of new critters can raise the die-off rate to make a harder herx. I ramp up on detox, so whatever die-off there is can pass through quickly. Since doing low-volume CEs daily, my herxes rarely last more than half a day, so killing can resume pretty quickly. While all this is going on, I keep a steady routine of 15g S & C, though. If I had a really debilitating herx, I'd back off on that, too, but as a long-time recovering Lymie, I don't generally run into that problem, but with the whimsey of fate, that claim could come up and bite me with a big fat herx tomorrow. My Rifing is done with an FScan 2, which has a much different pattern of killing than coiling. I'm exposed to Lyme-killing frx, 24/7: about 3000 frx all together, delivered remotely, (bio-photonically) by an ABPA A2, cycling through the hierarchy of pathogens in Lyme & Co. Lots of the frx are no longer relevant, but the needed ones come 'round and provide herx feedback. So there's still an observable pattern of sorts. Sometimes, I'll break out of the sequence to treat staph in a boil, stickyblood, or dental frx: whatever non-Lyme issue arises.Be well,LénaLena, do you cut your rife time according to this monthly flare schedule? In years past, abx therapy repressed these monthly flares for me much of the time. Coiling has allowed a much more clear and definite pattern.Sherry> > Yes, my waxing to full moon flare seems to hit a week before the full > moon, is that typical?> > Sherry>
