Midweek Week 4!

So far, so good this week! Strayed a little bit on Monday, but

relieved to report I am now out of leftover Chinese food and

chocolate, so I am in the clear for the rest of the week.

It is amazing how quickly the changes seem to appear in your body

below a certain % body fat. I only hope that the photos reflect what

I see in the mirror! I'm getting stronger as well as it is taking me

less and less time to recover, even after very intense workouts.

I'm still pretty pumped up about this challenge. My " super secret

goal " : I'd like to WIN one of these...hehehe. Especially in light

of the fact that I've put in my notice at work and only have 3.5

weeks left. ;-)

Jack - sounds like you're off to a good start! 15 lbs sounds like a

good, reasonable goal to me. That's about all I am looking to lose

in my challenge.

Thanks for taking the time to respond with your comments. I appreciate

the encouragement. Looks like both of us began this challenge right

around the same time. Good luck to you, too! I guess in a few weeks

you'll be able to spend even more time honing your body into BFL Grand

Master Champion status...

Very close to the same time, yep!

Yes, it will be nice to not have to get up at 4:30am (although half

the time I end up dozing off on the couch and go to the gym at night)

for a little while!

You go for the guy's Grand Master, I'll go for the women's.
