Hello TFC Community,

We are in process of developing a letter

of guarantee and or letter of deposit for our facility and would like to

see what type of communication other facilities are sending to their patients

to request a guarantee of payment and/or deposit. Would you please

share your facilities letter of guarantee or letter of deposit?
