Guest guest
Is there a statute of limitations placed on damages caused by paxil? Anyone know what it is? In some states it's two or three years, but most of the big lawfirms are not taking anymore withdrawal clients (from what I've heard) -- they really want the suicide and homicide cases. But you should contact BaumHedlund in LA or the Pendley Law firm in Louisiana - they're handling the bulk of the cases filed against GSK. Guest guest
If you get in a class action let's all get behind it and share the profit We're tried that and the judge threw it out of court and remanded all of us class action plaintiffs to our individual states. Contact BaumHedlund to see if there is a lawsuit in YOUR state. Blind Reason a novel of espionage and pharmaceutical intrigue Think your antidepressant is safe? Think again. Guest guest
It seems so long ago since i signed that petition i am number 474 on it. Cathrine i was just thinking about justin and how long he's been off the paxil now it's been almost 3 weeks i think.Couldn't he maybe start back on it at a lower dose say 7 1/2mg or 10mg and see what happens, start as low as possible that way he might not have as bad a struggle to get back off.I mean he can always up it but it's so much harder to lower it.It's just with the days going by and him struggling the way he has already.Just speaking my thoughts out loud here you can tick me off if you want .It's just he might be starting to see a litle tiny bit of the light about now.I know thats the point i started to have little windows of hope. Guest guest
i have been a member of this group, but lost internet access so i cant keep up with it. I have recently found a law firm to take my case in a class action suit. I was wondering what law firm some of the others that have sued have gone with. I want to make sure that their percentages arent too high-- the one that responded back with me. jason

Guest guest
let's all get together and sue them and split the winnings evenly It doesn't work like that. We'll all get so little in the end that you won't want to share a penny of it! LOL Blind Reason a novel of espionage and pharmaceutical intrigue Think your antidepressant is safe? Think again. I don't think he should take a full dose of 20 mg/ I suggested starting at 12.5 mg and working up little by little after several days if necessary. He should stay at 12.5 fro at least 5 days before jumping up to 15 mg. Thanks for all your help over the past few weeks, Ros.
