Guest guest
, Hi, I had just read what you had wrote about St. 's Wart, does the SJW, have the same properties as the 5-hpt?? I'm wondering because I'm getting ready to try a new liquid product that has a blend of all sorts of vitamins and nutrients. Are their any MAO'S in the 5-htp? Thanks, Vicki

Guest guest
, Thanks, my last dose of paxil was 8 days ago, 3 days later I started the 5-htp, and the cal-mag. Last night, I got the best nights sleep I've had in a longgggggggggggggggg time! I fell asleep about 10:30 (really unusual for me, I'm normally up till at least 2:00 a.m.) and woke up around 6:00 a.m. It's really a miracle. My "zaps" have already gotten alot better, and I didn't have one nightmare!! That's where I am right now, I'm praying I just keep getting better from here. Who knows what each day will bring. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. Blessings, Vicki
