Dear Auntie, I did not mean to upset you about the Urso topic. I hope the

supply does not run out!! And, what works for some (you, thankgod) does not

work for others. Just as in s case. This is a very strange disease and

it effects everyone differently. And meds work different on everyone as

well. If its keeping the bile moving, great!! It has been proven to work on

pbc, but, as our Dr. said, pbc is a totally different disease. Very

different in fact. I read that years ago when was first dx'd...and

read all the studies at that time about urso for treatment of both disease.

There is ALWAYS hope! The higher doses may be the solution, but we wont know

for a long time. And thankgod there are people out there such as yourself

giving it a try....so that maybe someday there will be proof that it works!

I will write you this week.....I have to go dig out our old taxes for our new

accountant to review. I hate taxes!!!! We had to pay in 8 grand last

year....its so sad:( Us poor middle class people always get the short end of

the stick!
