Guest guest
I travel with Homeopathics all or the time and they definitely should not be irradiated. I have them hand checked so that they don't pass through the xray machine. They have done this for me every time I fly. > > Whats the best way to travel by air with sups. Guest guest
One other thing, if you check your supps, realize that there is a possiblility of the airline losing your luggage or you missing a connection flight. I learned this the hard way as I had a day flight from San Diego to Anchorage and I put my Thyroid meds in my suitcase that was checked through. My plane in San Diego was delayed and when I got to Seattle, I missed my connection back to Anchorage. This was at the end of the Christmas/New Years Holidays and due to full flights was told that the soonest that they could get me on an airplane back to Anchorage was 6 days out. I had to be back to work the following day and to make things worse did not have my Thyroid meds. It was Sunday and no pharmacies or doctors were open. I told them that I needed my meds and they miraculously found a seat on a flight the following day. From now on if I am carrying any supplements that I depend on when flying, I have them hand checked. > > > > Whats the best way to travel by air with sups. Guest guest
When i travel with suplements I put it in my checked bagages if I need this day it needs to be pu tin a translucid plastic thing so they can see it . if it is a medeine you ned a prescription with written on it``M. will be travelling with his medecine , this medecine is medically necessary`` hiding them is a sure way to attract the attention and you will en up loosing a lot of time . They do not liek that they are trained to look at you as a bandit . kinldy Marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Sunday, July 31, 2011 3:23 PMSubject: OT - travel with bottled supps enula Whats the best way to travel by air with sups. Guest guest
Hi , I used to be in the airline biz... I am glad to see in the decades I have been gone, nothing has changed... :-) Lost and misplaced luggage is such a big part of their business, I used to wonder how much of their profit was dedicated to this... Here's a good tip.... When you travel, always write you name, address email addy and phone number on a BIG piece of paper and place it in each piece of luggage... You still may not get your luggage on time, but at least you will eventually get it... Take care, Jim > > > > > > Whats the best way to travel by air with sups.
