Guest guest
Hi ,Sadly it is not bacterial. Somehow it is food (or pH) related. I avoided nightshades all weekend and it has helped about 50%. If I don't eat, it helps even more. Hmmmm, not eating does not seem like the best solution. Tomorrow, I'll be eating beans and rice for breakfast lunch and dinner. I'll see where that gets me. Staying alkaline is difficult, but I'll try. I do have some red clay. Thanks, Red clay, etc. can change your ph level along w/diet. calcium oxalates form in kiwi fruit, tea leaves, agaves, spinach, rhubarb, eggplant, certain peppers, even beer has it in it, it's left over in the containers after brewing. An elimination diet might be helpful to find the cause. Also, have you tried d-mannose? it stops bacterial growth in the bladder. whenever I have a bladder infection or uti's, I take it (it's all natural) in several days the burning, etc. is gone. Seems most of the net say to avoid nightshades, and to alkalinize your body. Advise adding doses of baking soda throughout the day. Just seems like one more issue....... You might want to ask around about that. Hope you get some answers soon. Not fun. Be well, Léna I can't take it any more! My bladder burns constantly, and I feel like I have 'to go' all the time. This is not a UTI. It has been going on for over a year and getting worse. A short search revealed that most doc's don't think their is such thing (LOL - here we go again), and some think it is due to autoimmune and others think it's fungal. I've decided I will start a food elimination diet (yuck) next week. I do think some foods play into it because I fasted about 20 hours and it helped. Many 'natural' sites state to get your body alkaline - well that's easy (haha) Just wondering if any of you deal with this and if you've been able to help it? Guest guest
HI, This is my first post but have been a loyal follower. My wife has Lyme, bart, babesia and also IC. Her bladder use to burn, spasm, thump with extreme extreme pain and would urinate every 10 min or so. Bart has been linked to IC. My wife had a specific test done to determine what the organism(s) were that contributed to her IC. Bart was one of them but there was also a protezoa which is a single celled organism. I do not know of any coil setting to treat protezoa infections but since her treatment her pain is gone. She still has some IC symptoms that are improove even more and of course she is still treating the other coinfection. Being alkaline is critical also but you may want to check into the specific test for the bladder organisms. Let me know if you would like more info. Guest guest
Hi Todd,I'm very thankful to have you posting! and glad to know that your wife is doing better. I would be happy to hear more. I have not treated for bart yet, but I may move it up on my list. What was your wife's treatment? Was the protezoa discovered using blood or urine samples? I'm also curious to know what she did to remain alkaline? So far, I've been pretty alkaline just using MMS every hour.Best, HI, This is my first post but have been a loyal follower.
