An updated COB chart is on page 84 of the

2010 TFCA Resource Guide – includes COB periods through June 2014.

The search tool on the Resource Guide is great

to use. I put in “ESRD Coordination” and it jumps to page 84. Another example

is recent questions re “Dual Entitlement” – the search tool will take you to

each time that is referenced.
