Guest guest
Where are you both located? This will be my first " seasonal flare " experience since diagnosis and treatment. I am going back to work on Monday and want to know what I am up against. Can someone please give me some experiences to expect? Guest guest
I'm in NE China, same latitude as northern California. Worsening of symptoms is what happens to me, I get pain in different parts of my body. Also a much worse herx after last week's rife treatment. I've cut my treatment time again. Guest guest
I'm on the East Coast (CT), the weather here has been extremely hot consistently (high 90's/low 100's) and extremely humid for weeks, not our normal Summer here. I got hit real hard 7/13th on, still feeling out of it. It could be a Fall flareup early, it normally starts the end of Aug/Sept., but might be starting early due to the strange weather patterns here. I've been on abx's for years and stopped them last Aug (never experienced a flare-up until abx's were stopped), so my first seasonal flareup was the end of last September and it slammed me real bad. Sent by: Lyme_and_Rife Hi Meo, A seasonal flare means you are going to be dealing with a bunch of Lyme bacteria baby spiro's, believd to have come from cyst forms morphing back to spirochetes.. This is on top of your normal infection load... So until you can whittle this larger infection down, you will feel crappier and herxes may be more intense... Guest guest
I also have been hit extraordinarily hard since mid July. I am in CT as well and haven't felt this magnitude of head pressure, brainfog and nasal congestion for a few years at least. I am not sure if it's bart but I rarely ever flare in the summer, usually it's around the last week in August. It's really strange how this is affecting many people earlier than usual. I have friends here who are experiencing the same.Warmest Regards,Juli Manciniwww.julimancini.wordpress.comWordsmithstress.Freelance Journalist.Photographer.Artist
Guest guest
Hi Juli,ONe thing that can really help the nasal congestion, for whatever reason it's there: empty an Afrin mister of something like, fill with colloidal silver. snort this mist up your nose. It will kill untold amounts of Lymecritters, in the nasal passages, the sinuses, tear ducts, and even the eustachian tubes.Be well,Léna I also have been hit extraordinarily hard since mid July. Guest guest
Hi ,Here in Jax, we've had more days above 95 degrees and very high humidity than I can ever recall in the past... I have posted many times I prefer 95 to 32, but not this year... Everyone here is complaining, so I know it is just not me... About 3 weeks ago I started getting very bad headaches and gut issues, I just assumed the weather change was the cause... My wife is now having the same symptoms, but not as severe... I know when the weather is cold here, I don't do well... Warm weather is my friend, except for this year... I am beginning to wonder if extreme temps aggrivate Lyme, thus making us worse at the extremes... I would love nothing more than to use my new Jim built sauna, but am I kidding! I would prefer to jump in a tub of ice cubes! Hang in there, this will pass and you will feel better, probably when the weather breaks... -- Take care,Jim Reply | Delete Message #26585 of 26753 < Prev | Next > OT: bart flare season?
