Also on ground pork and chicken (maybe turkey?) Sodium tripolyphosphate. I had to quit eating all seafood even at PeiWei and pf chang. They sent me an email saying yes it is on our seafood. I wondered why I got a headache every time we ate there. So now no more shrimp or fish for me and no more meat without the bone in. Look it up. It might be on something you are eating. It causes headaches and rashes. Warmest Regards,Robin Little Thanks Robin. I don't eat seafood - well, rarely a piece of kosher fish. Plus, I gave up nightshades 10 days ago - something I recommend every give a try. Oh, it's weird, but I did have tuna two days in row, but that was over a week ago.
