Guest guest
My son did that twice. Once when he was 3 and once when he was 4. We could not figure it out. The first time we stayed in a hospital where they thought he had some kind of osteomalitis. This one came with high fever. The second time the doctors choose to ignore it.this one was without high fever. I went to all kind of specialists. From internal medicine pediatric doctors to pediatric neurologists. Nothing ever came out of it. He stopped limping after about a week in both cases. Both were around the same time frame of feburary. Neelam > > Hi, > We started my son on Bactrim on Saturday and besides having a hard time falling asleep, we have seen no problems, but then we gave him his first zithromax yesterday and by last night, he had developed a limp. Our MD said that sometimes leg weakness happens (I have a call in to her) and that it doesn't bother the child but can make the parents crazy. She is right - it totally freaks me out, but my son does not seem bothered. Has anyone else experienced this? > I really appreciated the previous help you guys gave me, so any input would be appreciated. > Thanks, > >
