financial independence

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your support re my selling my rental

property. I have had some doubts about it--mainly,

will the house be worth much more next year and did I

consequently short-change myself JUST to get out from

under my NADA financially?--but it was an easy sale to

my tenant which means to me that it was supposed to

happen. And thanks to your comments, I am realizing

how important getting out from NADA financially really

is. I always put my sanity and serenity last on my

list of personal priorities, probably out of habit.

And I do need to put myself first. I think the

section in UBM aboout dealing with a " queen " NADA

mentions this and I need to go back and re-read that

chapter. I did re-read the " hermit " section the other

night and really understood why my NADA is so

fear-based and how fear is a big flea for me. I have

thus concluded that my NADA is mainly a

queen/hermit/waif who becomes a witch when I express

any independence or ask her for money!
