Guest guest
Thank you for this. I found the ideas in it very beautiful.Best,Barbara just want to share the experience of practice mindful awareness into everyday life. I have been practice different methods of mindful awareness like ACT, Hakim, presents, Buddhism meditations, etc, and still have a long way to go..... the key is " patiently and persistently " . It slowly become my habit!-- The best habit I ever had! Every month I can feel the difference within.. I suddenly got a realization that " I am OK " no matter what happens. No matter what happen in the environmenta nature disaster like earthquake, erupt of volcano ...Or best friend come and go... Or lose all my processions...Oh, I will still feel sadBut deep down I can feel---- I am OK!even the earth shake away...I won't react crazyalthough my energy will be disturbed Like a river, when the wind comes, There will be ---Big or small waves, but sooner or laterthe river will retain to its serenityI don't need to scare of---the image, fantasy, dreams keep play shows in my mindthe thoughts, the impulse, the feeling flowing throw me Or the emotion, the pain come up from my bodyor the judgment, perception comes from nowhereThey are as just that...They are part of my energy, part of meI am the whole, don't need to scare the parts Just as the river don't need to scare its waves... Blessing to all... -- Barbara White, MFTMarriage and Family Therapistbarbarawhitetherapy.com
