Guest guest
Your meals look pretty good to me. I'd cut back the peanut butter to 1/2 tablespoon. If you want to save calories here and there, there are little things like that you can do with the EFL recipes. The only meal I question is the Healthy Choice, but I know there are worse things you can eat. I have the Fortified French Toast about every week. It's a good one! I'm assuming you are using sugar free syrup. Andy > This is my menu for Sunday, 8/22/04). Guest guest
1/4 cup maple syrup!!!!!????? That is 206 calories right there and ALL carbohydrate. Did you mean low-cal or sugar-free syrup? I LOVE maple syrup, but I save that for occasional use on a free day. When I am eating muscle pancakes or fortified french toast I use only 2 tablespoons of sugar free syrup. Guest guest
I use Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Low Calorie Syrup sweetened with Splenda and only 10 calories per 1/4 cup. It tastes the best to me of any I have tried and is the lowest calories. I buy it in the grocery store, but they also have a website http://maplegrove.com/nutritional.html Andy > I got low calorie maple syrup, but I am not sure that it is sugar free. I will use your suggestion of cutting down the amount of maple syrup. Thanks > Arya
