Hotel Rooms for the TFCA Conference

Good Afternoon to All,

" The Contemporary

Resort has limited rooms available for the TFCA Annual Workshop. Specifically,

Friday, 10/8 is completely sold out at that property. So if you are thinking

about staying an extra day, please consider coming in on Sunday or Monday rather

than staying after the workshop. Disney is working on securing some rooms for

us at an alternate onsite property. Once confirmed, we will notify everyone

thru the listserv. In regards to the one night deposit, the hotel will require

a credit card for all hotel reservations not paid by TFCA. However, if you are

paying by check, the credit card is used to guarantee the room and not charged

when the check is received.
